Snowbird Services, LLC, of Fort Wayne, IN, has gained Accredited Member status in the National Home Watch Association.
We've been talking with owner Jason Rey since 2012, when he was starting up Snowbird Services.
Jason saw the need for a Home Watch business when his in-laws began traveling
to Florida to escape snowy Indiana winters. He would frequently stop by to check
the doors and windows, shovel snow, pick up leaflets and, in once case, repair
a faulty water heater that would have cost hundreds of dollars for them to
fix while away from home. As a lifelong handyman and Jack-of-all-trades, Jason thought that
others in the Fort Wayne area would appreciate knowing their home was being
looked after by a trusted partner. Jason puts an emphasis on complete home care
while owners are away—from filling the fridge for the owners' return to repairing
and remodeling.
Before starting Snowbird Services, Jason worked
in the heavy construction equipment industry, focusing on customer
service. As a husband, father of two, and lifelong resident of Fort
Wayne, Jason offers peace of mind while families are away from home. In Jason's
free time he enjoys attending his children's activities, yard work, and
cheering on his Indianapolis Colts.
