HouseTrac* of Yuma, AZ, has gained Accredited Member status in the NHWA for the second consecutive year. 

Fred Ennenga is the CEO of House TRAC*, which is a division of Code2 CTS Decon. A man of many talents, Fred was born in a naval hospital in New York and raised in California's San Joaquin Valley. He spent 30 years in agriculture, managing his family's almond farm. He has also served as a chaplain in the Modesto, Sacramento and Stanislaus Counties law enforcement communities, as well as being a Gospel mission chaplain.

When Fred and his wife, Jan, moved to Yuma to be near family, he became a certified master gardener, studying at the Yuma County Cooperative Extension of the University of Arizona. He is a certified trainer for the Arizona Department of Agriculture for pesticide handlers and farm workers. Fred is also a volunteer with the American Red Cross and an active member of the Yuma Auxiliary Communications Service (amateur radio). House TRAC* is an affiliate member of the Yuma Association of REALTORS.

Consider it Done of Kalispell, Montana, has gained accreditation in the NHWA!

Consider It Done of Kalispell, Montana, is owned and operated by Matt and Alisha Linn in the Flathead Valley of northwest Montana, just outside majestic Glacier National Park.

Matt and Alisha recognized a significant need for non-tenant-based property management due to the significant growth of vacation homeowners from across the U.S. and Canada over the past 10 years. The area is also home to numerous “snowbirds” who reside in Montana only during the warmer months. Montana’s harsh weather conditions require a partnership with a qualified Home Watch professional.

Matt and Alisha provide a personal touch, conducting all Home Watch visits personally. They find this personal relationship with homeowners creates assurance that their home will be carefully attended to by trusted partners. 

Before starting Consider It Done, Matt had extensive experience in contracting and finance. Alisha’s background is in the legal field and property management. They offer not only property management services, but also a broad menu of household, financial management, and concierge services.

Snowbird Arizona, LLC, of San Tan Valley, Arizona, has become an Accredited Member of the NHWA!

Snowbird Arizona has gained Accredited Member status in the NHWA. 

Snowbird Arizona was conceived when owners Tom and Laurel Luzzi found the need for Home Watch services at their own “snowbird” home in Phoenix, AZ. After several years of using it as their vacation home, they moved permanently from Canada. They began offering their help to other Northerners while they were away, and those favors quickly turned into a viable business. In 2008, they created a service that would meet the bar they wanted to set: to cater to the highest common denominator; to provide their clients with actual proof of their having been there; and to give the “Snowbirds” that feeling of trust, reliability, and real customer service, being able to relieve the stress of owning a second home, thousands of miles away.

Tom and Laurel have backgrounds in the food and hospitality service industry, along with the running and consulting of other businesses, and have had as many as 250 employees at once. They excelled in business consulting, which taught them to be proactive in order to prevent issues before they arose. This sort of critical thinking has greatly enhanced their ability to care for and safeguard their clients’ homes. They also owned and operated two restaurants in Calgary, which gave them an appreciation for customer service, and that has translated well to the Home Watch business. They can anticipate and answer the needs of their clients before they are asked. Tom and Laurel have also been fully vetted by the Department of Homeland Security.

Seasons Home Watch of Mound, Minnesota, has gained fourth-year Accredited Member status in the NHWA!

SeasonsHome Watch, of Mound, MN, has gained Accredited Member status in the National Home Watch Association for the fourth consecutive year. 

Owners Jeff and Rebecca Anderson have been residents of Mound, Minnesota, on Lake Minnetonka, since 2004.

Jeff was born and raised in Edina and has spent most of his life in Minnesota. With more than 20 years of experience in finance, he served for 16 years as the controller of a company with annual billings of $450 million. He has a B.S. in geology and an MBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jeff started his career managing family rental properties. In addition to handling rentals and collecting monthly payments, he oversaw property maintenance and upkeep.

Rebecca was born and raised in Wisconsin. With more than 10 years of experience in sales, consulting, account management, and logistics, she continually exceeds her sales quotas to grow her customer base. She also has several years of sales, customer service, and home security monitoring experience with Honeywell and Brinks.

We were so pleased to finally meet Jeff and Rebecca at the NHWA's Second Annual North American Conference in September of last year.
