Greetings and salutations!

CottageTender, Inc., of Atlantic Beach, NC, has gained Accredited Member status in the NHWA. 

President Rich Johnson is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. After living in Detroit and New York City, he settled in Raleigh, NC, in 1997. He quickly fell in love with the North Carolina coast and now resides full time in Atlantic Beach with his wife, Cheryl.

After 40 years in senior management in retail and manufacturing (at JCPenney, Kerr Drug, and Pencell Plastics), Rich is ready to bring his love for coastal living and his management experience together to help second home owners care for their treasured homes.

We had the pleasure of meeting Rich and Cheryl at the NHWA's Second Annual North American Conference last September.

In his spare time, Rich enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren, as well as boating, fishing, and golf.
