Consider It Done of Kalispell, Montana, is owned and operated by Matt and Alisha
Linn in the Flathead Valley of northwest Montana, just outside majestic Glacier
National Park.
Matt
and Alisha recognized a significant need for non-tenant-based property management
due to the significant growth of vacation homeowners from across the U.S. and
Canada over the past 10 years. The area is also home to numerous
“snowbirds” who reside in Montana only during the warmer months. Montana’s
harsh weather conditions require a partnership with a qualified Home Watch
professional.
Matt
and Alisha provide a personal touch, conducting all Home Watch visits
personally. They find this personal relationship with homeowners creates
assurance that their home will be carefully attended to by trusted
partners.
Before
starting Consider It Done, Matt had extensive experience in contracting and
finance. Alisha’s background is in the legal field and property
management. They offer not only property management services, but also a
broad menu of household, financial management, and concierge services.
