HouseTrac* of Yuma, AZ, has gained Accredited Member status in the NHWA for the second consecutive year.
Fred Ennenga is
the CEO of House TRAC*, which is a division of Code2 CTS Decon. A man of many
talents, Fred was born in a naval hospital in New York and raised in
California's San Joaquin Valley. He spent 30 years in agriculture,
managing his family's almond farm. He has also served as a chaplain in the
Modesto, Sacramento and Stanislaus Counties law enforcement communities, as well
as being a Gospel mission chaplain.
When Fred
and his wife, Jan, moved to Yuma to be near family, he became a certified master
gardener, studying at the Yuma County Cooperative Extension of the University of Arizona. He is a
certified trainer for the Arizona Department of Agriculture for pesticide
handlers and farm workers. Fred is also a volunteer with the American Red Cross
and an active member of the Yuma Auxiliary Communications Service (amateur
radio). House TRAC* is an affiliate member of the Yuma Association of REALTORS.
