Greetings and salutations!
Southworth Home Management, LLC of Mashpee,
Massachusetts, has gained Accredited Member status in the NHWA.
Founder Clayton Southworth
spent a great portion of his childhood in Cape Cod, leaving for University and
ending up in a few senior management roles: branch manager for a national
promotion company out of New York City; a restaurant manager in Australia; and
a hotel manager at a top-rated resort in Bermuda. With a track record of
successfully managing small to mid-size companies and a couple of years of real
estate sales experience, it seemed a natural progression to marry real estate
knowledge and management experience; in 2013, Clay formed Southworth Home Management. SHM provides
property management and Home Watch services to private homes, investment
properties, vacation rentals, and commercial properties throughout Cape Cod and
the Islands.
A graduate of the Berklee
College of Music, Clay is excited to be close to family again and back in his
wonderful neck of the woods after having been away for so long.
