Upstate New York is in the house!

Jack Luber, Executive Director

Greetings and salutations!

Albany Home Watch, LLC, of Latham, NY, has gained Accredited Member status in the NHWA.

Owner Lisa Hogan has been a life-long resident of Albany, NY.  Lisa started Albany Home Watch this spring after realizing there was a need for Home Watch services for the many “snowbirds” who leave their homes in the Capital Region area of NY to travel down South for the winter months.

Lisa started her career in healthcare, working in nursing homes and rehab facilities for 13 years.  Ready to make a change, she began taking business classes and received a degree in Business Administration.  She has worked in various business settings for the past 10 years.   Lisa has been an active member in her community, volunteering as a school PTA Treasurer and President, PTA Council Vice President, and Little League Baseball Treasurer. She also volunteers for the American Diabetes Association Tour De Cure in Saratoga Springs, NY, each year.

Lisa and her husband own a second home on Sacandaga Lake, in the foothills of the Adirondacks, so she knows the importance of having someone keeping a watchful eye on homes when they are going to be unoccupied for an extended period of time. She has been watching homes for friends and family members informally for years. Lisa is committed to providing personalized, reliable service to every client she serves. Her company’s mission is to bring peace of mind to anyone leaving one of his or her most valuable assets behind.

Welcome, Lisa!

As always, I wish you
Much success,
Jack
