Founder
and President Ryan Owens has been in the home improvement, skilled trades,
and commercial industries for over 20 years. He saw the need for Home Watch services
one afternoon when he was sitting poolside in Florida at a friend’s home. The
friend only used the house for vacations and was rarely there. Ryan started
thinking about how many people there are in a similar situation. He realized
that with his background and knowledge he had about the upkeep and maintenance
of home and property, Home Watch would be a great fit. After researching the
industry and speaking with other Home Watch business owners, Ryan saw the need
for his services.
Ryan has
been married for 11 years and has two sons. His hobbies include camping and
relaxing on the beach, either on Long Island or in Florida, where he has
family.
