Springs, Florida, has gained Accredited Member status in the NHWA for the third consecutive year.
Originally
from the Midwest, President Carl Lorenzini moved to Bonita Springs in 2001 and
has been involved in property management for the past 13 years. He understands the importance of maintaining
vacant properties, along with the level of trust and responsibility involved
when choosing to hire on a Home Watch professional. That is why maintaining a
high level of service is crucial to him.
Homewatch
Services, Etc. has been family owned and operated since 2002. They feel that
means you get the genuine care that only a family can provide. That’s why
Carl’s sister, Karinna, assists with the homewatch inspections and Carl
entrusts his father, Edward, as an emergency contact for the business.
