Owner Richard (Rick) Dingfelder received a
Bachelor’s degree in business from Monmouth College in West Long Branch, NJ. He’s
been self-employed since 1982. He grew up in the Northeast and started his
first business in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania. After selling his business
in 1992, he relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area, where he became one of the
top real estate agents in the RE/Max system. In 2004, he relocated to Naples
with his family and is an active real estate agent. Rick saw a need for his
clients and has now developed a Home Watch Services of Naples, where he has
integrated his business knowledge in real estate with his high-tech knowledge.
He utilizes specialty software to streamline his inspections, setting him apart
from the competition.
Rick is very active in the community
and volunteers on a regular basis.
