HawkEyeHome Watch has earned Accredited Member status in the NHWA for the second consecutive year.
Owner
Mike Padgett moved to Fountain Hills, AZ, in 2001. When he saw how many part-time
residents there were in the area, he realized that a Home Watch business
would be beneficial to his community. After
being mentored by an established Home Watch business in Sun City, AZ, he decided
to launch HawkEye Home Watch in 2011.
Mike’s
background experience is with home renovations, general handyman repairs, and
property management for a local homeowners association. He has many years’ experience working in the
field of customer service, and he knows that trust, honesty, integrity and
reliability are key factors in keeping his clients happy with the services he
provides.

Home Watch is part of the local Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce and the
Fountain Hills Business Alliance.
