Greetings and salutations!
Property Watch, of Fountain Hills, AZ, has gained
Accredited Member status in the National Home Watch Association.
President Bob Hunt’s key philosophy has always been
top-notch customer service and to treat all people with respect and dignity.
Property Watch is a registered property management
company that provides Home Watch services for second homes and vacation rental
homes, as well as full-service property management. They have been operating a
full-service property management company for several years, with a large number
of Canadian clients. These clients would recommend Property Watch to their
friends who were vacation homeowners and needed someone to do routine checks on
their vacant homes or assist them in some aspects of vacation rentals. Their
original customer base of 10 Home Watch clients has grown many times over in the
past five years.
Bob graduated from the University of Florida in 1975 with
a degree in accounting/finance. He is a licensed Arizona real estate broker who
has more than 25 years’ experience in the real estate arena, specifically in
commercial and residential development, as well as sales and leasing. He and his wife, Beth, have been married for over 42
years and moved to Arizona 35 years ago. They have two great children and a
couple of amazing grandsons, with whom they hang out as often as possible. Bob lives
an active lifestyle, full of sports and outdoor activities, and spends quality
time with his family.
