Greetings and Salutations!
Home Watch of the Villages (Florida) has gained Accredited Member status in the NHWA for the second consecutive year.
Steve Stiffler and Fred Slotnick have been residents of
Florida for more than 35 years.
Steve spent 28 years as a commercial insurance
agent, beginning his career in Medina, Ohio, and then moving to Florida and
eventually retiring in 2009. He moved from West Palm Beach to the Villages in 1995.
Fred has been working in sales and marketing for over 40 years. He began his
career in Rochester, NY, and moved to Florida in 1973. He joined the real
estate industry in 2003 and continues to work within the industry today.
Together, Steve and Fred formed Home Watch of The Villages to service the seasonal and
vacation Home Watch needs of Florida residents in the Counties of Lake,
Sumter, and Marion, as well as the surrounding areas.
